I really like my 2nights stay at this hotel as it was clean, comfy and i feel secured. It’s located in a happening location as there are surveillance cameras mostly everywhere, they provide comfortable parking space as well like basement parking & behind the hotel free parking(also have cctv) & front of the hotel where you need to pay for parking tickets during weekdays. The room service was good. Clean and spacious. No sound pollution. They have lift services. You can refill water at the lobby. The staffs were friendly and helpful. Overall i feel happy and satisfied with the stay. Definitely will come back again whenever i go to Ipoh.👍

The location is surrounding with food, convenient stores, AEON Mall Station 18, Lotus and HomePro. Basically, if you plan to visit Ipoh and don't want to be too crowded to stay in the heart of City. This will be a good place, the distance of Heart of Ipoh is about 8km by driving which is already quite near.

We are in our sixty. Had a pleasant stay at this hotel. The room is clean and the bed is comfy. Very fast check in.process.Location not far from Ipoh town. Eatery outlet surround the hotel area. Recommended.

The room is super clean.use tissue paper to swap the platform under the tv is very clean! toilet also clean as well!the lobby of hotel they really put effort on the decoration during CNY festive season! I love it! there is few parking under the building and behind or beside the building. near by have Zus coffee,Mixue,familymart,杂菜饭，dimsum，mamak，seberang ada shell .

THe room is very clean. The cleaner clean our room as per our instruction. Our room, a junior suite was on top floor so we could view few places around us. The hotel acceded to our request for private car park (we stayed 3D2N).

The room was nice and very clean, they also include toiletries which very helpful. In terms of bed and pillow are very comfortable. The parking also had been given towards the guest but first come first serve basis. The staff is very polite and helpful, the most interesting part is the staff for night shift all male and they also put extra security outside the hotel, feel safe especially for girls and family. Furthermore, there's a lot of shops nearby like nasi kandar,cu mart, family mart and more, very accessible.

- Family room is quite spacious and it was worth the money. - Good location. There are quite a number of restaurants and convenient stores around the hotel. - Room was generally clean. But some areas/corners are a bit dusty. - Hotel staffs were very friendly and helpful.

Like a new hotel. The hotel room is clean and comfortable. We like the bathroom, the water pressure and the bed and it value for money for our short trip. A lot of convinient shop nearby, CU mart, family mart is within walking distance.
